TTM MAG 160 MA is a magnetite and dirt separator with deaeration with a patented filter insert that effectively separates magnetic and non-magnetic particles. The separator also vent the system fluid and removes free air.

TTM MAG 160 MA is installed in heating and coolingsystems before vital equipment such as boilers, cooling units, heat exchangers etc.

TTM MAG 160 MA removes magnetic and non-magnetic particles and dirt from the system fluid in heating and cooling systems, during continuous operation.
As the system fluid passes through the housing, the flow rate of the liquid is lowered. This causes particles and dirt to accumulate at the bottom of the separator while free gases are released and accumulated at the top of the separator and released. Two powerful magnetic inserts attract magnetite efficiently.
TTM MAG 160 can be supplied with an insulating enclosure that is effectively held together with velcro.
TTM MAG 160 MA can only be installed horizontally independent of flow direction.
TTM MAG 160 MA is cleaned simply by removing the magnetic inserts (1) and opening the drainage spigot at the bottom (2).
