TTM FiltrX® C125
System filter that removes magnetite
The FiltrX® filter removes magnetite and dirt from hydronic fluids in heating, cooling, and heat recovery systems. FiltrX® C125 is electronically controlled, and an alarm alerts when it’s time to change the filter. If fully clogged, the system switches to energy-saving mode. The system filter prevents magnetite and dirt from clogging or wearing down components in pumps, valves, heat exchangers which extend system components lifetime and improving energy efficiency. FiltrX® C125 is designed for HVAC systems with smaller pipe dimensions. FiltrX® C125 treats a partial flow and does not affect the pressure or flow within the system. Installation
TTM FiltrX® C125 is connected with TTM Connection hoses on the system’s return conduit. Two bifurcations with ball valves with minimum dimensions R15 (external thread) and a spacing of at least 500 mm are installed on the bottom side of the conduit. The connections on the TTM FiltrX® C125 are R15 (external thread).

The TTM Connection hose is a Butyl hose with stainless steel braiding and internally-threaded connections classified for pressures up to 10 bar.

The TTM FiltrX® filter cartridge is a replacement filter designed for the TTM FiltrX® C125 system filter.
Simonsland in Borås
When Kanico created a new district in the town of Borås, they chose TTM to supply shunt units for the HVAC systems. The area is called Simonsland and contains 60,000 m2 of buildings.
