Shunt unit for cooling with compact design
TTM Shuntopac® H 20-50 V is a shunt unit adapted for limited areas. The shunt unit is designed for conventional radiator, ventilation and floor heating systems and is delivered as standard with connection dimensions DN 20 to DN 50. The model can be equipped with components of any make and in a variety of connection options.
TTM Shuntopac® H 20-50 V comes with a fire and corrosion-proof casing made of polyester-covered aluminium sheet with mineral insulation. T
he brackets for hanging consists of yellow chromated flat bars. As standard, the pipe kit consists of fully welded pressure vessel pipes SS-EN 10216-2 and DIN 2391.
Pipe kits in other qualities or with other surface treatments can be delivered to order.

The shunt unit is environmentally assessed.

1. Control valve
Seat valve with tapped connection of optional manufacture and type. The valve is fitted into a flanged joint for easy service and replacement.
2. Adjusting valves
2 pcs. of optional manufacture and dimension. Fitted to the pipe kit with conical coupling. Also available with dynamic adjusting valves, flow regulators or difference pressure regulators.
3. Shut-off valves
2 pcs. ball valves with full flow and high spindle neck. Fitted to the pipe kit with conical coupling.
4. Test sockets
Mounted on each connection.
5. Pump
Optional manufacture and type with “wet” or “dry” motor.
6. Drainage
Design with screwed hose joint R 1/2”.
7. Non-return valve
1 pc. made of brass/stainless steel, with spring-loaded cone. Fitted into a flanged joint.
8. Thermometers
4 pcs. graduated 0-120 °C. Fitted with heat-transmitting silicon paste.
- Pipe kit made of e.g., copper or stainless steel of the desired quality.
- Anti-corrosive painted pipe kit, e.g. epoxy enamelled.
TTM Shuntopac® H 20-50 V differential pressure measurement
All outside valves on the TTM Shuntopac® H 20-50 V are provided with test sockets, allowing complete differential pressure measurement.

TTM SHUNTOPAC® Dynamic gives correct regulation even in systems with varying differential pressures or where the differential pressure is unknown.
TTM SHUNTOPAC® EM is a category of shunt units equipped with ultrasound energy metering equipment according to EN 1434 class 2 and MID 2004/22/EC.
Simonsland in Borås
When Kanico created a new district in the town of Borås, they chose TTM to supply shunt units for the HVAC systems. The area is called Simonsland and contains 60,000 m2 of buildings.
TTM Energiprodukter was one of the suppliers in the construction of the prestigious Copenhagen Opera House Together with their reseller, the company succeeded in winning the deal and delivering 98 different shunt units.
NCC are building their new head office at Järva Krog in Solna. The new head office has a strategic and easily accessible position adjacent to the E4 motorway.
